Q.Are you interested in Japanese food?
I am definitely interested in Japanese food, I have 2 sons that are both chefs and, through my wife and them, they have given me a great interest in cuisine from different countries. Since I have a deep interest in the Japanese culture them I have grow a great fondness to your food.
Q.Why do you like Japanese food?
I really love the way Japanese chefs take the time and effort to present the food so cleanly and interestingly plated. Through my sons I know the effort that goes into the presentation and the Japanese have really made it an art form in its own right.
Q.What is your favourite Japanese food?
My favourite is really Teriyaki, I love the lustre and sheen the food has when presented and the delicate flavours it has to the taste, my mouth is watering just thinking about it just now
Q.Have you ever Been to Japan?
I have not managed to get over to Japan as yet but I definitely will be going. My Sensei, who comes from Edinburgh, lives in Osaka and has offered me a bed when I mange to get over there. With my martial Arts our club in Edinburgh is the sister club to one in Kobe and I have a standing invitation to train there when I do get over, so it is definitely on the cards.
Q.Do you have a message for the Ninjafoods Visitors?
My word for everyone is to give the food a try, I personally do not like fish and my first impression of Japanese food was it was all raw fish and I would not like it. I gave it a try and found that my first impression was totally wrong, the flavours and textures of the ingredients used in Japan are wide and varied and absolutely delicious, I have even tried ad enjoyed Sushi[b]

Today a lot of things changed!!
First of all, the lay out colors is totally changed. It looked more like an funeral website, so we changed it into more happy colors!
